The DR Talent Award 2023 is CPH:DOX’s pitch competition for young, ambitious filmmakers based in Denmark, held in collaboration with the Danish Broadcasting Corporation DR P3 and the Filmworkshop Copenhagen. My Documentary was selected as the final 5. Discover a side of the spotlight you’ve never seen before. The documentary’s intimate portrait depicts how challenging it can be to hold onto oneself as one goes from humble beginnings to starring roles on the big screen. Learn about Kristoffer and his LGBTQIA+ friends as they break old stereotypes while each fights for recognition in the tough entertainment industry.
